Exercise For Cellulite

Perhaps one of the most effective ways to control and manage cellulite is exercise. But there are specific exercises for cellulite eradication. As stubborn as a cellulite may be, you must also be as stubborn in forcing your exercise for cellulite routines to fight it.

Cellulite is a layer of fat in the connective tissues under the skin. When fat is continually accumulated, this creates lumps and ripples in the surface of the skin, a very accurate reflection of what is happening under the skin itself. Women are naturally susceptible to cellulite. For one, they have thin skin in the buttocks and thigh areas where cellulite is usually seen. And women have more fat cells in these problem areas. At the age of 35, a woman can expect cellulite to be more pronounced than ever before. There are reported cases of cellulite at younger women and even teenagers; the reason for this is unhealthy diet and sedentary lifestyle.

So where do we start in exercising against cellulite? Aerobic and cardiovascular exercises together with strength exercises proves to the the best routines for cellulite. The good thing about these exercises is that the cellulite prone areas can be specifically singled out, burning the unwanted fats on those areas effectively with lesser time.

A good stretching must be done before even starting to the exercise program you might have. It is also important to note that you must do these exercises right after getting up from bed.

Brisk walking early morning and early evening is a very good way to sweat it out. You must also be careful to gradually progress the “stress” levels of your exercise for you to effectively burn unwanted fats.

Your exercise for cellulite control must not be an overly vigorous exercise session. You can burn fat by taking it in regular strides and planning your progress in working out, not just by focusing only on your intensity. For example, you may start walking on your first day for only 5 minutes and gradually extend it to 45 minutes and maybe later do it twice a day. Just be sure that if you are walking, maintain a pace where you are actually raising your heart beat and inducing subtle panting.
