cellulite is a fierce struggle for the right mix of remedies and proven solutions.
New cellulite cases have been seen in younger women and even teenagers. Though a physical imperfection by nature, it can also cause psychological damage as it feeds on the worth of “self”, mainly because of its seemingly immovable symptoms. Cellulite is a very stubborn condition. Without consistent effort, it will never go away, unless surgery options are considered. Frustration is a shared feeling among millions of women when it comes to cellulite.
There are a number of treatments for cellulite. Laser treatment is now popular than ever (Hollywood actresses use this) in this age of instant-everything. Surgery as mentioned before is also very effective, considering the fact that you do not have to wait a long time just to see an improvement in the ripples.
Lotions and creams that are claiming to be anti cellulite are also gaining ground. The effects of these products might prove to be effective but the span of time of consistent application is just too long to balance out the ratio of improvement. And its effects never last as when complementary activities are not done with it.
So what are these complementary activities? There are two primary things you can do against cellulite. First is to get up from the couch and do some anaerobic exercises and cardiovascular routines to burn off the stored fat. The other is eating a healthy, low fat diet that will multiply the effects of fat burning by not storing “new” fats in the body.
Treatment for cellulite takes hard work and perseverance. When done together rather than focusing on just one treatment, effects can be more dramatic than expected.
